I know what it’s like to live in fear—waking up every day with a racing mind, a heavy chest, and a sense of dread you can’t shake. I spent over 25 years battling anxiety and panic attacks, searching for answers through therapy, books, and treatments that never brought lasting relief.

When my anxiety was at its worst, even the simplest parts of life felt overwhelming. I felt broken, exhausted, and completely defeated. But that’s where my journey began.

I started researching everything I could about anxiety—how it works, why it takes hold, and what actually leads to true, lasting healing. Through trial and error, I developed my own tools and began to experience the kind of progress no program or therapist had ever given me.

That healing process became the foundation of the MindEase Method—a step-by-step approach that’s now helped hundreds of people break free from anxiety and panic, just like I did.
