Meet Sheila!
Hi, I’m Sheila Claiborne, Certified Coach and founder of the MindEase Method. I spent more than 25 years living with anxiety and panic attacks, trying countless programs and tools that promised relief but never truly addressed what I was experiencing.
When my anxiety reached its peak, I realized something had to change. I stopped searching for quick fixes and began focusing on the real drivers of anxiety how my thoughts, nervous system, and daily responses were quietly keeping the cycle going.
Today, I’m living more than 15 years in lasting recovery. I created the MindEase Method to help others experience that same lasting relief through a clear, supportive path built from lived experience and what truly works.
