Anxiety

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety

Anxiety is a state of ongoing worry, fear, or unease that can interfere with daily life. It often shows up as racing thoughts, restlessness, or a constant feeling that something is wrong even when nothing actually is.

Physically, anxiety may cause symptoms such as a rapid heartbeat, chest tightness, sweating, nausea, dizziness, or fatigue. Emotionally and mentally, it can lead to overthinking, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and the urge to avoid situations that feel overwhelming or out of your control.

Anxiety can feel exhausting and confusing, but it is also very common and it can be understood and worked through.
