The MindEase Method was born not from theory, but from personal experience. I know what it’s like to live in the grip of anxiety and panic. For over 25 years, I searched for answers—through countless therapists, programs, and quick-fix strategies that never brought lasting relief. Every time I thought I’d found a solution, the panic would return—stronger, scarier, and more defeating than before.
