Hello! I'm Sheila...,
CEO and founder of The MindEase Method. This program was born from my personal journey through years of suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. I struggled to find lasting relief, as countless therapists failed to uncover the missing pieces of my puzzle. Each new tool or approach I tried would lead to a relapse, leaving me feeling even more trapped and fearful.

The turning point came when my anxiety peaked, making everyday life unbearable. I found myself unable to leave my home, overwhelmed by panic. That’s when I decided enough was enough. I took charge of my healing, immersing myself in research to uncover the root causes of my anxiety and facing them head-on. For two decades, no therapist had successfully guided me through this, but through self-discovery, I found my path to freedom.
