What is Anxiety

Anxiety is a state of ongoing worry, fear, or unease that can interfere with daily life. It often shows up as racing thoughts, restlessness, or a constant feeling that something’s wrong—even when nothing is.

Physically, it can cause symptoms like a rapid heartbeat, tight chest, sweating, nausea, or dizziness. Emotionally, it may lead to overthinking, irritability, and the urge to avoid situations that feel overwhelming or out of your control.
